ORDER QUESTIONS

Do I need to pay sales tax on my online order?

We currently only charge sales tax on online orders shipping within the State of California which is 7.75%.  Tax is charged on the purchase price and shipping charges are not taxed.

Do you offer store pickup?

We do not have a physical retail store front to accommodate store pickups.  It may be possible to arrange for local delivery if you are located within a 10 mile radius to our warehouse location in Fountain Valley, California.  Please contact us at hello@portolahardare.com for more details.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the order.  You may request to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it.  If the cancel request is sent outside our business hours, we will make sure to check for your request and accommodate the cancellation request when we resume business hours.  Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.  If this occurs, you will need to follow our return procedures and ship the package back to us.
