Portola Hardware understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. You can expect to receive your items within 3-5 business days. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
$5 FLAT RATE SHIPPING: All standard delivery orders ship for a flat rate of $5. Standard delivery orders ship via USPS 1st class if under 1 pound or USPS Priority. USPS Priority usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery, however this is not guaranteed. $5 flat rate shipping only applies to all US contiguous states and does not include shipping to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, and APO/FPO/DPO.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: UPS 2 Day and Standard Overnight shipping options are available upon checkout. Express shipping orders must be placed by 12PM Pacific Standard Time in order to be processed and shipped on the same business day.
NON-CONTIGUOUS US SHIPPING: Shipping rates to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, and APO/FPO/DPO are calculated at checkout and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping rates for orders going to Canada or other international countries will be calculated upon checkout. We ship with USPS Priority Mail International and delivery time varies based on destination country.
Most countries charge duties and taxes upon delivery. Any duties and taxes levied by your country are the responsibility of the customer and you agree to pay these additional charges when placing an order. We will not refund you shipping on any orders that are returned to us in the event the buyer refused to pay additional charges upon delivery. Any additional return shipping costs incurred from a returned international package will be deducted from the purchase price and if there is any remaining amount due, we will refund you for the purchase price.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
